Insotel Punta Prima overlooks the sea, just 500 metres from Menorca’s quiet Punta Prima Beach. The hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools, 8 tennis courts and a wellness spa.

All the Menorcan-style apartments have a balcony or terrace. They are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a hairdryer.

Good fro what we wanted, short break with not much thinking of what to do.

Needs updating and generally fixing back to the standard it probably once was. Overall it was good but I wouldn't rate 5* as suggested, there are better 4* places that I've stayed

Food limited, general snagging in and around the rooms, wasn't finished to the best standard.

The rooms are good size for a family of four, its great place to relax

towards the end of the season, not full range of rooms are available. drunk british tourists discussing about soccer at 3 am in the night. all you can eat and all you can drink mentality to excess.

Super friendly staff & pretty quiet considering it’s a full on family resort so loads kids

excellent location, buffet breakfast very good

Very noisy dining hall, unable to book any other restaurants, no availability after we had checked in We did not enjoy the atmosphere of buffet evening meal, so ate out at the beach restaurants instead, with beautiful sea views and excellent waiter service and enjoyed the authentic local dishes

Nice but not 5* hotel for me and it’s overpaid

The view of the ocean and the surroundings is really nice. The waiters were very friendly :)

The room wasn’t really clean and there were ants in the bathroom :( it would be nice to have shower gel also near the bath and to wash your hand instead of a little soap. We had to ask 3 times for a baby crib because they didn’t bring it to our room although we asked it via booking before checking in. You can hear tenants flushing water from the Upper Suite which was annoying at night. The food wasn’t changed so was a bit boring and not really tasty - very sweet joghurts or juices. l would understand if people are entering buffet for the food between some limited time, but it wasn’t nice that if f.e. breakfasts are between 8.30-10.30 the stuff takes out the food so that it is not available and turns off the light in the dinning room as if she wanted to drive away the guests. I was expecting they won’t let you in at 10.30 and not they end their work.

Nice hotel for families, clean, with multiple activities for kids.

Good variety of food and drinks. Kids pleased to have all the time something to do in the resort.

Very good location and animation hotel

The atmosphere, the personal and the facilities are fabulous.

Restaurant buffet quality could be better. Variety is good but for a 5 star hotel it might be of better quality. At the same time, the thematic restaurants, one Italian and one Mexican, were not available fully. The tex mex was closed completely and the italian was more a pasta restaurant with no specific menu.
